How to deal with stress

This resource is from our Enhancing Resilience series. ‘How to deal with stress’ is designed to help students recognise that stress is normal and that an optimal level of stress is important for performance. This resource was developed by Margo Brewer (Curtin University) and Dawn Bennett (Curtin University).

The resources are most useful to students and educators if students have first created a personalised employability profile as part of the 6-step Developing EmployABILITY process.
