Personal and critical literacy
This resource encourages students to identify their employability strengths and their priorities for improvement. It includes recruiter ‘wish lists’ from Australia and the US; questions for personal reflection and discussion; and a process for prioritising areas for improvement. The tool was adapted from the Australian Blueprint for Career Development (2014).
The resources are most useful to students and educators if students have first created a personalised employability profile as part of the 6-step Developing EmployABILITY process.
