What are your employability strengths?
This tool encourages students to identify their employability strengths and their priorities for improvement. It includes recruiter ‘wish lists’ from Australia and the US; questions for personal reflection and discussion; and a process for prioritising areas for improvement. The tool was adapted from the Australian Blueprint for Career Development (2014).
