This week’s featured resource is a career story from Dr Demelza Ireland, a biomedical scientist and educator. Ireland focuses on internal drivers and how these can be combined to create an intrinsic definition of career success.
Demelza’s career story is a great resource for students to understand the importance of being open to experiences and finding a ‘career niche’ that combines all their interests. The story was prepared by UWA undergraduate biomedical science student Emily Bennett.
