Tracy Wilcox

Tracy is Academic Director, Postgraduate Programs and Program Director of the Master of Commerce at UNSW Business School. Tracy is a passionate educator, administrator, and researcher, with an interest in promoting positive student learning experiences, responsible management education and professional development. Tracy's research explores business ethics education, organization theory, and HRM ethics. I am particularly interested in organizational agency, and how managers find space for ethical considerations in difficult contexts. She teaches business ethics, sustainability and leadership at UNSW Business School and the Centre for Social Impact, in face-to-face and online learning modes. Tracy has won multiple teaching awards, and has published work on educational practices and presented papers on business ethics and sustainability education at international conferences.
