Jenni Hillman

Jenni has worked as a senior manager, teacher and program co-ordinator with more than 20 years of experience working within secondary and tertiary education. Her career at Box Hill Institute included management of the Centre for Creative Industries, program direction and teamwork introducing and implementing applied music degrees. She has written resource texts on music theory and aural training. Currently, Jenni is pursuing a Doctor of Education at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education and working at the National Institute of Circus Arts. Jenni’s research interests include higher education and vocational education and training of musicians for sustainable careers.
