Featured resource: Making the most of feedback

Many of us take feedback at the personal level and not at the task level: if we haven’t done as well as we would like, we take it to mean we are not good enough.

This week’s featured resource, Making the most of feedback, includes a set of questions to guide students when they receive and respond to feedback.

The resource comes from the series of critical reflection and feedback resources and guides developed by Developing EmployABILITY lead researcher Professor Dawn Bennett and Professor Carol Evans from the University of Southampton.

Making the most of feedback is most effective if students have first created a personalised employability profile as part of the 10-step Developing EmployABILITY process.

All members of the Developing EmployABILITY community have access to the new resource. To become a member, visit the site. There is no charge for any employABILITY resources.
